There are laws covering this very thing. They are called the Laws of Armed Conflict. You have been shown them on several occasions. It doesnt justafy invading Iran. Maybe in your eyes it does but if America ever invades Iran it will be because Bush finally gave into the Israel lobby. You're not real good a reading comprehension, are you?
